Automesher desktop application for Windows operating system allows to open and import mesh model from 3DS, OFF, STL, OBJ, PLY, 3DM, SKP, STEP, IGES and BREP file formats and save it as STL, OFF, OBJ, 3DS, IV, PLY, VRML, 3DM, SKP, SAT, STEP, IGES and BREP file. Automesher standalone is shiped with Automesher Application installation package as it shares the same licence and activation code with Automesher for AutoCAD / BricsCAD / ZWCAD platforms which actually means that it comes as a free update for existing Automesher subscribers.

Automesher Application Features

Automesher standalone works outside any of CAD platform as a Windows executable and offers basic functionality to edit imported mesh model before saving it to the other file format. Currently it gives only a possibility to invert or unify mesh facet normals which can be used for example to fix 3D mesh model before converting it to ACIS SAT file or 3D solid entity. Every modification to the mesh model is immediately displayed in the main Automesher view with OpenGL graphics library in the selected render mode either flat, flat lines, hidden lines, wireframe or points.
