GPX File
GPX (GPS Exchange) file is a file that stores GPS location data in an XML format. You can use it to make and explore maps, routes, and tracks for different activities, such as traveling, biking, running, geocaching, etc. GPX file can contain three types of data: waypoints, routes, and tracks. GPX waypoint is a point of interest with GPS coordinates. GPX route is a sequence of waypoints that shows you how to get somewhere. GPX track is a record of where you have been, with a series of points that trace your path. Our Automapki Application for AutoCAD, BricsCAD, and ZWCAD allows you to import & export GPX files in your favorite DWG map editor.
SHP ESRI Shapefile
SHP (ESRI Shapefile) file format allows you to store georeferenced shapes represented by point, line string and polygon geometries together with their custom data attributes. Our Automapki Application for AutoCAD, BricsCAD and ZWCAD allows you to import SHP shape files into DWG model space and rebuild every point, line string and polygon geometry stored in the SHP shape file. The export of DWG drawing entities to SHP shapefile is also supported by the Automapki Application to allow you easy interoperability with the other GIS systems.
