X Direct3D File
X (DirectX) file is the original interchange file format for DirectX technology developed by Microsoft back in 1995 with the Windows 95 release. The X file format is capable of storing mesh geometry together with the material information including the texture images. You can convert X files into your native 3D modeling environment with Autoconverter and Automesher Application software. The reverse conversion from your native file into X file format is also possible and supported by our dedicated X file converters.
SKP SketchUp File
SKP (SketchUp) file format for a long period of time was maintained by Google, but currently it is actively developed by Trimble company. The SKP file allows to store named mesh groups with assigned transparent color or a surface material with a texture image. Please note however that Win32 build is not supported anymore from the SKP file version 16, therefore using Win64 build is recommended to work with the most recent SketchUp models. Using our Autoconverter software you can save SKP files to any file version you require, from the early SKP version 3 to the recent 2022.
