DXF Drawing
DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) is an ASCII file format developed and maintained by Autodesk. It serves as a conduit for exchanging DWG drawing data between AutoCAD and other programs. This is particularly beneficial as the native DWG file format is proprietary and requires a license to use. With our software, Autoconverter and Automesher Application, you can convert 3D meshes into a set of DXF faces organized in colored layers. This enables further processing and modifications using your default DWG editor.
KMZ Google Earth Placemark
The KMZ (Google Earth Placemark) file format, designed for use with Google Earth and Google Earth Pro, offers an optimized method for storing geographical data, including point, line string, and polygon geometries. This efficiency is achieved through the use of ZIP file compression, which distinguishes it from the standard KML file format. Our Automapki Application, compatible with AutoCAD, BricsCAD, and ZWCAD, allows for the import of KMZ maps into the DWG model space, accurately recreating every point, line string, polygon, and Collada DAE model geometry from the compressed KMZ file. In addition, our Automapki Application provides the ability to export your point, polygon, curve, and image DWG drawing entities to the compressed KMZ file format.
