FBX to X3D
Please find below the list of our other useful resources related to FBX and X3D interoperability and exchange that could help you with the FBX to X3D conversion.

- Automesher desktop application for Windows to convert 3D file formats
FBX Filmbox File
FBX (Filmbox) file extension is a proprietary file format invented by Kaydara and now maintained by Autodesk software company, the leader in 3D software products. FBX file format can store transparent colors, texture images, assembly structure and even model animation data, but our FBX conversion software doesn't support animation frames. Our FBX file converters either Autoconverter or Autoshaper, can convert your FBX files thanks to the official FBX SDK from Autodesk which allows us to read and write to Filmbox FBX file format in a straightforward way.
X3D File
X3D (Extensible 3D) is an open source and royalty free XML based file format developed and maintained by the Web3D Consortium to store two or three dimensional models together with the other visualization data e.g. light source, viewport info, camera properties, special effects and more. The X3D file format becomes an advanced extension and actually the replacement for the original VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) file format used mostly by the WEB applications. The Autoconverter and Automesher Application are our X3D file converters which allow you to import and export mesh entities from the X3D file. To optimize file size the binary X3DB file can be used instead of a default text based X3D file. The shapes in X3D files are always defined in meters therefore our X3D converters will make the necessary units conversion if required.
